***Membership Disclaimer***

Yearly memberships can be purchased annually in advance with an automatic renewal for each subsequent year. Gift memberships may be purchased for a specified term. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so by notifying Dodo Dumpling Member Services at membership@dododumpling.com at least 5 days before the end of the year.  Any fees already charged for any membership are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to update your account information by notifying Member Services of any changes to your membership record and information. By purchasing membership from Dodo Dumpling, members agree that all personal information requested by Dodo Dumpling are provided to Dodo Dumpling freely and any such personal information shall be used by us, our affiliated companies, or third party service providers and management companies for internal business only. 

Member discounts and benefits may not be combined with any other special offers or discounts offered in our restaurants. Membership discounts are available during dodo dumpling’s listed operating hours Tuesday-Sunday 11:30am to 8:00pm. The member discounts are not available on Mondays as the restaurant is closed on Mondays. Member benefits are non-transferable and may not be resold by Member. All goods, services and benefits provided by Dodo are only provided in the State of Oregon. Membership in Dodo Dumpling is void where prohibited, and by joining Dodo Dumpling, you represent that your membership in Dodo Dumpling and receipt and use of any goods, services or other items received through Dodo Dumpling does not and will not violate any applicable law or regulation.  If you are a Dodo Dumpling member, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, laws governing the possession and use of beer and alcoholic beverages.  Beer and alcoholic beverages will be provided only to persons who are at least 21 years old.  In joining Dodo, you represent to Dodo that you are at least 21 years old, and any person you ask to pick up alcoholic beverages on your behalf in our restaurant will be at least 21 years old.  Beer and alcohol provided by Dodo is not for resale and is for personal consumption only. Any alcoholic beverages sold by Dodo Dumpling are not included in the two free beverages a month benefit of the yearly membership. Only non-alcoholic beverages sold by Dodo Dumpling are available to be consumed in redemption of the two free drinks a month yearly membership benefit. 

Dodo Dumpling has the right to terminate or suspend any membership, or your membership in Dodo Dumpling, at any time for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, following a change in the law. In the event of any circumstances outside of Dodo Dumpling’ control and which prevents, hinders or delays us from performing its obligations, including but not limited to acts of God, earthquake, pandemics, flood, severe weather conditions, or other natural calamity, strikes, insurrection or acts of terror, governmental action or inaction, including delays or failure to issue permits and authorizations or an inability to obtain supply and materials, Dodo Dumpling’ obligations will be suspended for the term of such event or Dodo Dumpling may elect to cancel the membership for the affected members. 

Refunds:

Dodo Dumpling Yearly Membership is non-refundable. In the event of an early termination of membership or permanent closure of Dodo Dumpling, Members will be entitled to get a refund back pro rata based on the number of days left until their yearly membership’s expiration date. That is to say, they will be refunded a portion of their membership fee based on the number of days left until their membership expiration date. In the event that Dodo Dumpling has a temporary closure, member’s membership expiration dates will be extended by the number of days that Dodo Dumpling had to close. 

Uber Eats, Doordash, Other food delivery service:

Membership benefits are not available through any third party foo delivery services like Uber Eats, Doordash, etc..

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE RESTAURANT, THE GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY DODO DUMPLING AND ALL OTHER BENEFITS RELATED TO THE CLUB ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.  DODO DUMPLING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  DODO DUMPLING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE CLUB OR ANY GOODS, SERVICES OR BENEFITS YOU RECEIVE OR FAIL TO RECEIVE FROM THE CLUB, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT DODO DUMPLING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  By joining Dodo Dumpling, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dodo Dumpling and its affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses related to your misrepresentation as to any information provided to Dodo, your breach of any of these Terms or misuse of any goods, services or other benefits of membership.
